I will be exploring how I can capture certain feelings/moods that I would like to be a part of a bedroom space.

To me bedroom area is a place to recharge, relax and be really naked - physically and metaphorically. It's a private space that only certain people can enter or use in this manner. It's a vulnerable space. A beautiful space, exciting, joyous, pleasurable. A very important one.

I would like to mainly focus on intimacy and sensuality between people and evoke it through art in design. I was thinking of creating one or more of the following: a wallpaper, wall panels, pattern, illustrations.

what feelings would I like to capture? intimacy, eroticism, warmth, joy, pleasure, peace, harmony, fun, connection, trust...

What sensations would I like to bring in? If I was to take from each of the senses and then put it into visual?

sight: beautiful, colourful and harmonious, partly luminous,

touch: smooth, warm, skin-like, oily;

smell:fresh, lightly sweet,

taste:juicy, soft, crunchy;

hearing: whisper, quiet, melodical,

How can I bring some of the above into an image? what lines, textures, colours, mediums could serve me?

I will investigate, experiment and see what feels good.
